kaja jean (she/they) was born into a family of visual artists and is of estonian and scottish descent. she lived in sicily when she was a teenager, and has canadian, u.k., and estonian (eu) citizenship.
she’s always been a lover of art, wellness, and travel- which she currently has fun exploring in her newsletter and youtube channel!
when kaja was nineteen years old, she moved to nyc to study acting. since then, she has studied at some of the world's top drama schools, such as: the neighborhood playhouse school of theatre, the stella adler studio of acting, and the guildhall school of music and drama.
kaja also has an associate’s degree in creative writing, and spent four years working under the rupaul’s drag race umbrella as the lead narrative designer.
when kaja isn’t writing, acting, or posting on youtube, she loves to study cognitive neuroscience, practice film photography, and explore british columbia’s most beautiful nature spots!
